Just as establishing New Zealand’s first combined museum, library and visitor centre was bold and visionary, the Puke Ariki Trust is thinking big and looking to the future to establish an endowment fund with Te Karaka Foundation.

“Our endowment fund will provide a regular source of funding to help discover, protect and share our taonga now and forever,” says Chair Lynn Bublitz.

Puke Ariki Trust was established in 2006 to help secure additional funds for the development of Puke Ariki and its future. Since its inception, the Trust has assisted Puke Ariki to raise substantial funds through grants and donations. The Trust supports new exhibitions, projects and acquisitions as well as offering an annual scholarship for postgraduate students.
